About Us
Mohawk Medical is a wholesale distributor of pharmaceuticals, vaccines and antibiotics. Our customers include physicians, clinics, health departments, hospitals, and emergency medical services. We do not sell to distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, or end users (patients). We distribute over 40,000 pharmaceuticals and related medical supply items. ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
Mohawk Medical can ship to a customer with a current DEA license. You may enter your DEA registration number when you set up your on-line account, or fax your DEA license to 800-567-1638. Make sure your phone number is on your cover sheet. We will call to confirm receipt and assign a customer account number.
ORDERING
To order on-line, click on Rx Shop. To order by phone: download our 13,000 price list of most widely used medicines, then call 800-500-2931. To order by E-mail, address your message to Support@MohawkMedical.com. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time.

TERMS
* 1% discount allowed if invoice paid by check within 10 days. Total invoice is due in 15 days.
* Orders less than $200.00 may be charged a nominal $7.00 for freight. Refrigerated or next day air shipments will be charged at actual UPS rates.
* Extension of credit subject to approval.
* This site is for Health Professionals only. Customers must have a current DEA license.
* We never share or sell E-mail addresses or other information to anyone.
DELIVERY
Vaccines and refrigerated items are shipped UPS ground Monday through Thursday. All other orders are shipped UPS ground, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise requested. Orders shipped UPS Next Day or 2-Day Air will be billed at actual UPS rates.
